You will soon be able to make your rent and service charge payments online with your Visa or Mastercard.
Information on how to do this will be issued through your accommodation and this website.
How will it work?
All rent payments are processed by Allpay, whether you pay by cash in your service or over the counter in a shop or post office, these are all processed the same way.
Paying online will allow you to make your rent payment in a couple of clicks. You will need access to the PRN number on your payment card, if you don't have access to this, your keyworker should be able to support you in finding it. You will also need to know the name of the service or property you live in.
Any payments you make will be deducted from your outstanding balance and will show in the rent statements you receive.
